If food is completely thawed, warmed to room temperature or left out of the refrigerator for more than 2 hours, throw the food out for safety's sake. These principles apply to meat, poultry, shellfish, some vegetables and cooked foods.
When I travel to foreign countries, they always have huge breakfast Buffets included at the hotel. I bring Ziploc bags and Tupperware containers and fill them up with sandwiches and snacks for the day. Then I don’t have to waste time looking for food in the middle of the day while I’m sightseeing. Right now I’m staying at a hotel where dinner is $85 a person. But I packed two sandwiches at lunch and I am good. If you forget to bring Ziploc bags and Tupperware containers, use the sick bags from the airplane or the hygiene bags or shower caps at the hotel. This can save you hundreds of dollars if you have kids. Also pack your old socks, pajamas, and underwear. Then throw them away as you wear them. No stinky socks in your suitcase and more room in your suitcase to bring home souvenirs. I also take a low-dose aspirin on the plane to help prevent blood clots.

Pro tip dehydrate your fruits and veggjes before your flight or DO NOT BRING THEM tsa has very weird and complicated rules with food and fruits and stuff dry food is your best friend
The insulated bag is an interesting idea. I was gonna get insulated sandwich bags for sandwiches on the plane, but it never occurred to me to get fully insulated hand luggage. I’m flying economy with Qatar from London to Australia, with a stop in Doha… to visit my brother and I’m absolutely dreading such long flights.
I always take some bottle or cup with me, just make sure it is empty before the security, and then can fill it in from fountain water station after security. Works well in plane too.
🤔Burritos will THAW-OUT, then u want to REFREEZE them? 🤔I Don't THINK THAT IS VERY SANITARY. 🤔where's the family's DRINKS? 🤔so the only snacks u have for kids to travel is fruit & maybe vegs (which is probably more for you to two)…. And no drinks for even emergency 😮
Why not skip the cold foods, just pack stuff that doesn't need refrigeration? That's what I do: PBJ sandwiches, granola bars, tangerines, apple slices, etc.

Airport security literally made us throw away a baby bottle for some reason.
Many flights wont allow you to bring fruit etc on. Due to national laws in the country you fly to.

Excellent-thank you!! 😊
