In 50 years of travelling the world i have never suffered from jetlag, but i dont have a regular bed time routine i sleep when i am tired that way i am used to going to bed and waking up at different times, hence chsnges of time when travelling dont effect me

was flying one time on a pretty long flight and didnt found a comfortable way to sit (im a tall person) was hitting with my knees against the seat in front of me and was kinda jammed in between both armrests
looked next to me and there was this tiny asian girl all curled up in her seat , knees just about under her chin sleeping like a cat while i couldnt even reach my calf to scratch an itch without standing up …….. yeah i was kinda yealous at that moment , the lack of sleep didnt help that mush , being small does help when traveling
sumtimes you can ask when youre early at check in for a seat near the door , you be expected to be fit enough to be able to assist people getting off the plane in an emergency but there be way more legroom
sumting else that sumtimes works (it did for me quite a few years ago at least) is to make sure youre one of the first ontoo the plane in economy so you dont get stopped by people loading luggage in the overhead bins and walk aaall the way to the tail end of the plane , there usually two or three rows of seats there that are usually never booked , and because there in the tapered end of the plane there staggered so if you take the isle seat you can stretch youre legs passing the seat in front of you , do this before they close the doors as there be people asking for a seat change after they do that and walk through the isles to check for seatbelts closing overhead bins and stuff , and since youre allready seated there they usually leave you alone (they still could ask you to go to youre asighned seat though ) . do expext to be the last one to be gettig a meal or drink and such though
the external batteries might not be refused to be taken intoo the plane as their a fire hazzard , i know of one newspaper article where a passenger trew a battery pack through the toilet when it started smoking

I use foam ear plugs to block out the engines and use bone conduction bluetooth headphones for excellent sound quality viewing movies and podcasts.

Carbonated drinks are not good for the stomach as it irritates the gastric wall, plus it's way too sugary, I'd go with electrolyte drinks instead.

About women's intimacy, I would just add that synthetic fibers such as polyester are odor retainer. Panty liners, unless they are the washable 100%cotton one, contain some sorts of plastic ( the adhesive in the bottom) that block breathing. Unless someone has real issues, if you have no odor problem in general, don't create some wearing panty liners.

Light sleeper here, so sleeping on the plane was near impossible for me. I'd wake up every hour to drink water because the air dried out my nose and mouth!
I also used the trtl pillow you featured your "everything I packed for travel" video! I originally bought it for my mom but she didn't really like it so she gave it to me.
But when I used the pillow the wraparound way, it worked for a few hours but I woke up to find my neck sweaty and ear swollen from resting on it (they kept the plane nice and toasty, didn't even need a blanket). So, I just put the pillow behind me for neck support and that worked better for the rest of the flight.
So I SHOULDN'T wear logging boots on my flight from Sydney to LA? 🤔
Economy girl, but if I fly a red eye, I will splurge on economy plus. It costs a bit more, but after so many red eye flights, it really makes a difference.
