There was going to be a big resort area along the sea that was to mimic Las Vegas with casinos and hotels. Maybe that explains all the coloured lights. But then they didn't allow the tourists to come.
The white cars were the leaders' favorite. And they forced citizens to repaint their cars at their own expense.
Also the population of the entire country is only 7 million people. Many who live in poverty and slum areas and who have become addicted to opiates from Afganistan

The State staged the whole wedding and everything else in this video. Unfortunately, these people are all pawn pieces to an unscrupulous dictator. Eerie and sad. I hope the tour guide made it out okay and wasn't disappeared along with the dogs and the cats.
